Strength Training Classes
Welcome to our strength training classes! We offer a variety of options designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. Check out the types of classes offered below!
TRX Strength
This class uses the TRX suspension trainer and bodyweight exercises to scaffold a class that targets the core and entire body.
Sun Devil Shred
This circuit style workout focuses on the full body through a combination of strength and cardio interval exercises. Be prepared to break a sweat!
Full Body Burn
This class focuses on a combination of strength, plyometrics and cardio. Be ready to sweat and move in this full body workout!
